Bug#476463: /usr/bin/epiphany: Does not show pages with charset=macintosh correctly

When viewing pages with MacIntosh character encoding defined as

<meta http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=macintosh">

all non-ascii characters appear as white question marks on a black, tilted box.
(See for example: http://pro.tsv.fi/kfy/arctos/index41.html)
These pages open correctly with all other browsers, like Iceape etc., so it should not be a locale problem.
 Cannot be sure, whether this appeared suddenly at some point or not, as usually I don't pay much attention to the encodings of the pages I visit.
