Bug#478325: nautilus: we should disable the auto-photo media handline function in 2.22

Nautilus 2.22 can launch photo-library programs automatically when a
camera is attached to the system. However this does not currently work;
according to <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=509823#c46>,
gvfs 2.22 does not automount gphoto2 filesystems. This was done because
no applications can actually load photos in this manner yet.

We should remove the "photos" menu in nautilus' preferences -> media -<
media handling before uploading to unstable; and if necessary patch out
the code that handles these events (may not be necessary because of gvfs
currently not mounting gphoto2 filesystems automatically). We can
continue to use gnome-volume-manager for now.

Unfortunately I do not have a digital camera so this will have to be
tested by someone else.
