I believe that merely indicates that some library that rhythmbox pulls
in itself depends on libnss3.so.1d.

You can see rhythmbox's direct dependencies like this:

  objdump -p /usr/bin/rhythmbox | grep NEEDED

libnss3.so.1d is not amongst them.
