Bug#495556: vinagre: Alt key on German keyboard does not work properly

Package: vinagre
Version: 0.5.1-1
Severity: normal

On a German keyboard the key right of the 0 key is used for three symbols:
unmodified it's 'ß', with shift it's '?', and with 'Alt Gr' (the right
Alt key on a German keyboard) it's '\'. Unfortunately typing "Alt Gr-ß"
prints the 'ß' characters on a remote Windows 2000 server (running TightVNC)
not the (rather important) '\' key. Other VNC clients (like TightVNC or
XVNC 4) work fine.
