Bug#508411: intltool: Outdated instructions in README

Package: intltool
Version: 0.40.5-1
Severity: normal

As already outlined in #484721, newer versions of intltoolize no longer
install the *.in files.
The instructions in README though still say, those intltool-*.in files should
be added to EXTRA_DIST, which will only result in a failing
"make dist(check)"

Cheers,
Michael
