Hello, Mark,

the calendar in the clock applet trusts the user locale to do the right 
thing. They all have a first_weekday setting which the panel uses to 
determine which should be the adequade day to start with.

If the day is wrong, it's a bug in the locale, not in panel. Hence, I'm 
lowering the bug severity to wishlist.
