Bug#509978: gnome-panel: Log-out and shutdown menus do nothing

Hi,

Using gnome-panel 2.24 from experimental breaks log-out and shutdown menus
which simply do nothing when selected.

Shutdown menu has no icon.

Downgrading to 2.20 makes things work again.

It used to work fine with 2.22.
