Bug#510320: gnome-screensaver: screen locking should be delayed

when screen saver started with 'lock screen' mode, it requires password 
to unlock. it would be fine if there would be time delay to lock (like 
in xscreensaver). for example, when screensaver starts, screen is locked 
after aditional n minuts. so if screensaver start and you immediately 
stop it - you don't need to pass a password.
