Bug#464624: should fix message about "codecs not available" when playing dvd from menu

I just spent several hours fighting with totem to get it to play dvds.

As described in #370789, gstreamer 0.10 lacks good support for dvds, and
so the gui has been made to not play a dvd if you pick it off the menu
in totem (though something like "totem dvd:/" at the command line works
ok). 

I can't really comment on this decision to hide semi-working
functionality from the GUI. (Without resorting to profanity..) However,
the dialog that totem displays if you try to play a dvd from the GUI is
**horrible**:

  Totem cannot play this type of media (DVD) because you do not have the
  appropriate plugins to handle it. Please install the necessary plugins and
  restart Totem to be able to play this media.

This sent me on a fruitless wild goose chase to install all the gstreamer
codecs and plugins I could find. Since I was on dialup, installing all
of them took hours. The message is just misleading and wrong, it would be more
accurate to say:

  Totem's gstreamer backend does not currently fully support playing DVDs.
  Install totem-xine for a DVD player that works.
