Hi again,

I can play both streams now, http://83.145.201.209:8000 works fine, but
http://217.30.180.242:8000/gvfm.ogg has problems. 

After the introduction, the rest of the stream seems to play slower than
normal, I'm also getting a critical warning from GStreamer.

I'm reassigning this to the gstreamer0.10-plugins-base package.
