Bug#452162: libgtk2.0-0: gtkPrint blank pages in gnucash and gnumeric

GtkPrint does not do the actual printing stuff, which is handed to
cairo. It seems more likely to me that this code, being new in gnucash,
has a few bugs.

There have been serious printing issues with gnumeric, but they should
be mostly solved with 1.8.0. Could you please try again?
