Bug#455497: planner: hasn't been ported to latest libgda

Planner developers have not upgraded their code to the current libgda, which
breaks SQL access.  Ubuntu "fixed" this by no longer building with SQL support.

I'm not sure of what would be the best approach on Debian's side. Perhaps the 
best approach would be for someone to make a patch that #ifdef support for all
libgda versions and submit it to upstream to produce a bugfix release?
