Bug#458333: nautilus: Right-click menu for folders shows redundant items "Open" and "Browse Folder"

OK, that makes somewhat more sense.  I forgot about non-browser mode,
and I didn't connect "Browse Folder" to browser mode.

Ideally, I'd still like the duplicate item to disappear with that
preference set, but I don't think desktop files have any facility for
that.
