Bug#439266: gnome-terminal: toggle horizontal/vertical maximisation broken sequence

	The combinatin of both vertical/horizontal maximisation toggles
	does not work properly. Firthermore, "randomly".  vertical
	maximisation enlarge the window beyond the available space (i.e.
	under the GNOME panel).

	Here is an analysis of the situation:

In the following I use the symbols:

fm - for "application of full maximisation toggle function (not full screen; just maximisation)
vm - for "application of vertical maximisation toggle function
hm - for "application of horizontal maximisation toggle function

FM - maximised state
VM - vertically maximised state
HM - horizontally maximised state
OS - original size
