I see a small problem with adding this downstream, it would be hard to get those
files translated.

I've seen that there's a request for an accessibility profile upstream:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=535063

Perhaps you could add one and forward this upstream? That way localization
wouldn't be a problem.

NB that I haven't tested this in Debian.
