Bug#488255: gnome-system-tools: Please replace "Bootloaders" and "Runlevels" in the description

Hi,

I think the description of gnome-system-tools could be improved.

Firstly, I don't understand why "Bootloaders" is listed, as there
doesn't seem to be a tool to manage those.

Secondly, "Shares" is not mentioned at all.

Thirdly, "Runlevels" is listed, but the tools is called
"services-admin", and "Services" would see to be a better name
for the tool.

I propose the following diff, please consider applying it.
