Bug#469304: evince: evince stops printing if closed

I open a pdf file with evince, then I print it, then I close Evince.  If
Evince is still working on the printing job when I close it, the print
job fails (nothing is printed).  There is no way for a normal user to
know whether Evince has finished printing, other than going to the
printer and look.  Nor there is any way to know why the print job has
failed.

Evince should fork a background process that takes care of printing, so
that its window can be closed without any influence on the print job.

As a second-class alternative, Evince should show somewhere that it is
busy printing and, if requested to close, should warn the user that, if
the close request is confirmed, the print job will be lost.
