I wonder what crack you’re on for calling this “revisionism”. These
versions do not appear in the current changelog because the current
package is not based on these changes. Have you ever heard of branches?
For example, 2.20.3-1 was uploaded in the unstable branch while 2.21
packages were already sitting in experimental, and the current packaging
is based on that 2.21 branch. As for the NMU, it was NACKED, as stated
in the changelog.
