Sorry, I didn't see that there's a newer version in experimental.

As far as I could test, the behaviour is as follows:

CTRL-D opens the bookmark creation dialog, except when in Fullscreen
mode or using CTRL-Alt to grab the pointer.

Scrolling the mouse wheel still scrolls the window and sends the scroll
event to the server, regardless of fullscreen and CTRL-Alt.


(And I still do see the pixel cache area when using x11vnc with the
-ncache 10 option, but what I read in the x11vnc documentation, that
is a x11vnc specific extension.)
