Bug#506093: gnome-control-center: Can't change wallpaper

I explore this bug and GNOME bug [1]. It seemes like it is the same.
After rebooting the machine all works fine? both using gconftool-2 tool
and using gnome-appearance-properties

It doesn't matter is there nautilus process or not. When I saw the bug
nautilus wasn't started? and starting it didn't changed things.
Unfortunately I can't reproduce that situation.
