I can reproduce the hanging problem fairly easily.

 1. Open Page Info window
 2. In a new tab, go to about:config
 3. Try to modify a string value
 4. Try to close the about:config tab

The tab won't close, and the browser hangs around after the window is
closed. This produces the attached log file.
