Hi!

I can confirm (on an updated Debian unstable system):

$ LC_ALL=C apt-get build-dep brasero
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Build-dependencies for brasero could not be satisfied.

But it seems to be a problem with apt, since the package can be built on
pbuilder (so the dependencies can be satisfied).

Reassigning it to apt.
