Bug#497845: eog: please bring back gallery view!

In the Sarge version of eog there was a "gallery" view option 
that was immensely useful when browsing a gigantic directory 
of icons.  Please bring back this wonderful functionality. :-)
It arranged a grid of thumbnails that grew with window size
instead of the single row of thumbnails now present in the
"image collection" view.
