Bug#498198: deskbar-applet: Firefox/Iceweasel version check incorrect

For deskbar-applet there is a version check embedded in 'mozilla.py' located in:

/usr/lib/deskbar-applet/modules-2.20-compatible

This version check is totally dependent on the constants specified in
the 'mozilla.py' module. These VERSION constants are:

# Minimum and maximum version of Firefox
MIN_FF_VERSION = [2, 0, 0, 0]
MAX_FF_VERSION = [3, 0, 0, 0] # exclusively

As can be readily seen the MAX version is INCORRECT when using the
lenny-based default Iceweasel browser which is 3.0.1.0!!
Thus, the provided lenny browser will cause the deskbar-applet to
incorrectly deactivate any usage of:
- Web Bookmarks (Mozilla)
- Web History (Mozilla)
search-activity options and report them as "Extensions with Errors".

Proposed patch correction:
1. increase the MAX_FF_VERSION to an upper limit greater than the
default Mozilla browser version (Firefox/Iceweasel) >3.0.1
2. possibly include some enhanced Version cross-checking so that
deskbar-applet will NVER be out-of-sync with the Debian default
browser level
