Another gio/gvfs migration issue...

Epiphany uses file associations from gnome-vfs to determine which
application to launch to open a downloaded file. But its user interface
uses file associations from gio.

This causes bugs like
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=539117>, where Epiphany
claims that it will launch gvim to open a downloaded python script, but
it actually opens bluefish; and
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=552117>, where it claims it
will open totem to play a MIDI file, but actually opens the (totally
useless for this purpose) seq24 sequencer.

This is made worse because Epiphany provides no user interface for
editing file associations. It only reads from the gnome-vfs database,
which there is no longer any user interface in GNOME at all for
editing...

At least lenny is shipping nautilus 2.20 which still uses gnome-vfs;
however the bug still manifests itself as epiphany saying it will open
the downloaded file with the wrong application.
