Bug#500339: totem-xine with dvb-t, audio channels, gui does not indicate buffering process correctly

Thank you Jossselin for responding to the bug reports, this is really
appreciated!

I tried installing totem-gstreamer and its plugins but I cant find the
correct plugin/backend for the dvb streams. I attached a log file with
more information, do you see what is missing?

The reason why I used xine backend are the unwanted dependencies on
totem-gstreamer. I must install all kind of packages that i really dont
want like gksu synaptic, all kind of other gnome stuff. Is it possible
to create a totem-gstreamer-minimal package? Should I create a separate
bug report for this?
