Actually, both are correctly set:

# blkid -o udev -p /dev/mapper/devkit-disks-luks-uuid-(...)-uid1000
ID_FS_LABEL=personal
ID_FS_LABEL_ENC=personal
ID_FS_UUID=(...)
ID_FS_UUID_ENC=(...)
ID_FS_VERSION=1.0
ID_FS_TYPE=ext4
ID_FS_USAGE=filesystem


Any other ideas?
On my laptop, also running sid, this works flawlessly, so I figure it
must be somethig wrongly configured somewhere, but I don't recall
changing anything that might affect this (it's a pretty standard sid
installation with only minor system-wide changes).
