I'm seeing this warning as well in emacs22-gtk, emacs23 and
emacs-snapshot.  It has been triggered by the upgrade of libglib2.0-0,
from the comments in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=563627
I think it needs to be fixed in that package.

This is something I cannot reproduce, however.
