This library is private, it *must* not be used by other packages.
Therefore there is no point in putting it in a separate package.

Actually if you try the latest version you’ll see it has moved to a
private directory.

This dependency is not here because of the libgvfscommon library. It is
necessary so that some functions like gnome_url_show() work correctly.
