Yes it is probably enough, but the problem is that it could entangle the
transition with another one given the number of libraries it depends on.

I think it should be fine given the poppler transition is finished, and
the other libraries are here, but we might need a poppler
mini-transition, I’ll see that with the cups maintainers and the RT.
