Actually, asking the password twice (in gdm and in the "lock-screen" 
window) seems to be the normal behavior and, although I don't see the 
interest of this, the bug is indeed not there. The bug appears only when 
the first user disconnects. I noticed that a gdmgreeter process appears 
then.
