Bug#513614: evince shows thumbnails for files with index

Evince does by default show thumbnails in the sidebar even if the file has an index.

There is no obvious way how to change this, and no obvious shortcut for switching the two, either.

An index is ususally much more helpful than the thumbnails if the file has one.
