Bug#535463: libgtk2.0-0: Underlining for shortcut letters appears before letters

Some buttons in applications using libgtk2.0-0 have the underlines for
shortcut keys misplaced.  The underline appears before the letter as
shown in the attached screenshots.  Note that this only happens on
buttons.  Shortcut keys in menus appear to be fine.  Oddly, the buttons
in the default file chooser also seem to be fine.
