Bug#536605: apt-get install gnome still installs tomboy (and mono) even if gnote is also in Recommends

Even if tomboy and gnote are optional in Recommends tomboy (and 50MB 
mono) 
are installed by 
apt-get. This is very unfortunate, The user should have the 
choice to avoid installing mono (and .NET, C# related) stuff when 
installing gnome!
This is mainly due to the potential problems with mono as free software 
in the future.
