Bug#537371: Left-Win broken as compose key - others work

Hi,

keycode 133 = Multi_key

(left windows key) in .Xmodmap doesn't work as expected as compose key
in GTK+ applications anymore while it still works fine in other
applications (like xterm). Xev shows the correct Multi_Key event as
well).

Using left windows key as as compose produces wrong results:

<Multi_Key> + <Shift> + <'>  - release - <a>  should produce:

	ä

but it produces:

	"å

However using other keys as compose keys (menu key, caps lock, etc)
works as expected in GTK+ as well as other applications. Using
gnome-keyboard-properties instead of .Xmodmap doesn't change anything.
The above certainly worked with 2.14, not sure about any intermediate
versions. So this looks like a regression.
