Bug#537640: gnome-media: volume-applet - down arrow makes volume go up

With recent releases, if you click on the volume applet, you now get a
horizonal slider.  If you press the up arrow, the volume goes down.
That seems a bit counter-intuitive.

Further, if you use a mouse scroll wheel on the panel icon, rolling the
wheel up makes the volume go up, but if you move the mouse down over the
slider, rolling the wheel up makes the volume go down.
