Bug#531702: [gnome-terminal] gnome-terminal doesnt start as root with gksu

after upgrading gnome-terminal to 2.26.2-1 i can't start root terminal
from menu, and get the same error :


    $ gksu /usr/bin/x-terminal-emulator

    ** (gnome-terminal:16711): WARNING **: Failed to connect to the session

    manager: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported

    Failed to contact the GConf daemon; exiting.

reverting to gnome-terminal 2.24.3-3 from testing, works fine.

i found the same message in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=512803 so i think its related to gksu again, but wasnt sure since that was a much older version.
