Bug#515335: Version 2.1.3-3 has become unusable

The latest version is 2.2.5

The currently available Debian version dated 2006.

It no longer works.  
Changing any parameter in a text field causes the position to default 
to -2.0x-2.5 or something else outside the label.
The object size defaults to 0x0. 
Attempts to manually change the position or size don't work.
Can't change color, font nor font size.
Printing single label won't choose the proper label on a page.

Wonderful program ... but now complete unusable.
