Bug#532507: evince: printing scaled PDF results in incorrect placement

I am attempting to print, on US letter paper, a PDF document that was
formatted for A4 paper in landscape mode with quite narrow margins.
If I simply print it with the default (100%) scale, some of the text
at the margins is missing.

So I tried to print it at 90% scale, but that results in a wide left
margin of than an inch, with the result that the right side still
extends past the printable portion of the page.  If the entire image
were centered on the page, it would be fine.
