I'm experiencing a bug in Gnome keyboard preferences, 2.22.2, sounds
similar to this bug.

In my case I've selected keyboard layouts for three separate
languages.  When I put my system through a suspend/resume cycle, one
one layout is active after resume, instead of all three.  I reset it
by adding a fourth language and removing, which activates my layouts
into normal operation.

I notice that version 2.24 is waiting in experimental, hopefully it
will fix the problem.  I'm waiting for it to hit unstable.
