Bug#518392: [epiphany-gecko] Printing is broken: Epiphany, prints a small rectangle instead of the web page content

Well, I have analyzed the situation a bit, but still don't fully 
understand it. In the following lines I describe the steps in which I 
have changed the package versions and their impact the printing issue.

0) Starting point
	epiphany-browser 2.24.3-1
	epiphany-browser-data 2.24.3-1
	epiphany-extensions (removed)
	epiphany-gecko 2.24.3-1
	gtk2-engines-pixbuf 2.15.5-1
	libc6 2.7-18
	libc6-dev 2.7-18
	libc6-i686 2.7-18
	libglib2.0-0 2.18.4-2
	libgtk2.0-0 2.15.5-1
	libgtk2.0-bin 2.12.12-1
	libgtk2.0-common 2.12.12-1
	locales 2.7-18
=> Printing is currupted

1) Downgrade libgtk2.0-0 to the version in unstable
	gtk2-engines-pixbuf 2.15.5-1 -> 2.14.7-4
	libgtk2.0-0 2.15.5-1 -> 2.14.7-4
	libc6 2.7-18 -> 2.9-4
	libc6-dev 2.7-18 -> 2.9-4
	libc6-i686 2.7-18 -> 2.9-4
	locales 2.7-18 -> 2.9-4
=> Printing is still corrupted

2) Downgrade the other libgtk2.0 packages as well
	libgtk2.0-bin 2.12.12-1 -> 2.14.7-4
	libgtk2.0-common 2.12.12-1 -> 2.14.7-4
=> Printing is still corrupted

3) Downgrade epiphany-browser packages to the versions in unstable
    and install epiphany-extensions
	epiphany-browser 2.24.3-1 -> 2.22.3-9
	epiphany-browser-data 2.24.3-1 -> 2.22.3-9
	epiphany-gecko 2.24.3-1 -> 2.22.3-9
	epiphany-extensions (removed) -> 2.22.2-1
=> Printing works

4) Upgrade epiphany-browser packages back to the versions in
    experimental and remove epiphany-extensions (not available on i386)
	epiphany-extensions 2.22.2-1 -> (removed)
	epiphany-browser 2.22.3-9 -> 2.24.3-1
	epiphany-browser-data 2.22.3-9 -> 2.24.3-1
	epiphany-gecko 2.22.3-9 -> 2.24.3-1
=> Printing still works

5) Upgrade all of the lingtk2.0 packages to the versions in
    experimental
	gtk2-engines-pixbuf 2.14.7-4 -> 2.15.5-2
	libglib2.0-0 2.18.4-2 -> 2.19.10-1
	libgtk2.0-0 2.14.7-4 -> 2.15.5-2
	libgtk2.0-bin 2.14.7-4 -> 2.15.5-2
	libgtk2.0-common 2.14.7-4 -> 2.15.5-2
=> Printing still works


It's strange that printing worked when I downgraded the 
epiphany-browser packages to the versions in unstable and still worked 
when I upgraded them back to experimental...
