Bug#519467: epiphany-gecko: Please build the package for i386 as well as for amd64

Version 2.24.3-2 is available for amd64 but for i386 2.24.3-9 is 
available. In order to not uninstall epiphany-browser when upgrading it 
is needed (and perhaps other dependencies too).
