Bug#519502: Fails to remove conffilge gnome-power-manager.conf: typo in preinst

Hi,

there is a typo in preinst:
rm_conffile my_package ...
            ^^^^^^^^^^
should be gnome-power-manager

This causes the conffile to be renamed (even if not modified) instead of
removed.
