Bug#520191: totem-xine: Movie menu does not show DVD when clicked a second time

Steps to reproduce:
1. Put a DVD in the drive.
2. Run totem-xine.
3. Click on the "Movie" menu. There is an item labeled "Play Disc
'CD-RW/DVD-ROM Drive'."
4. Close the menu.
5. Open it again. The "Play Disc 'CD-RW/DVD-ROM Drive'" item has
disappeared.
