making lintian warnings go away for libglade2

You can't just rename the package. That will mean you need to go through binary
NEW, you need to add Conflicts/Replaces, and all the reverse-dependencies will
need to be rebuilt. Not a good idea really. But we can fix it when/if the
library SONAME changes (i.e. when we need to rename the binary package).
