Well, I don't have an unstable system with GNOME, so it might be fixed
already, but let me try to explicitly dexcribe how to reproduce the
problem with 2.22:

1. Start a new puzzle
2. Add a tracker and select "Tracker #1"
3. Write a number into an empty square. The number should be blue
4. Select "No Tracker"
5. Delete the number you entered, i.e. select the square and hit backspace
6. Press Undo - the number will reappear, but it's black, not blue
