Bug#521703: system-tools-backends: System admin tool (*-admin, e.g. time-admin) do not work with nfsroot

Package: system-tools-backends
Version: 2.6.0-2lenny1
Severity: important
Justification: unknown

I have installed Debian 5 using netboot/debian-install and I boot/startup it over tfttboot/nfsroot, i.e the root file system is a nfs one.
If I try to call the system tools like "time-admin", "network-admin", ... *-admin, none of them work, reporting the error-message "The
configuration could not be loaded - You are not allowed to access the system configuration"
