Hi,
building 2.26.0-1 fails with

panel-run-dialog.c:49:42: error: libgnome/gnome-desktop-utils.h: No such file or directory

without a recent libgnome-desktop-dev. The build-dep is versioned
already, so it should probably be just bumped. Patch attached.
