Bug#528463: Fixes for control.in and rules

Please find attached Ubuntu changes to totem that are applicable to Debian.

1. Additional build dependencies:
               python-apt,
               python-gdbm,
               libcairo2-dev,
               libxml2-dev,
               gtk-doc-tools (>= 1.11)
(the first two are required for the BBC plugin)

2. More run-time dependencies for totem-plugins (mosly due to BBC plugin)
         python-gobject (>= 2.15.3),
         python-gconf,
         python-gst0.10 (>= 0.10.12),
         python-apt,

3. Additional description for the totem-plugins package
    * Search, browse for and play videos from the BBC

4. All Python directories passed to dh_pysupport
       dh_pysupport -a /usr/lib/totem/plugins/totem \
               /usr/lib/totem/plugins/bbc \
               /usr/lib/totem/plugins/pythonconsole \
               /usr/lib/totem/plugins/jamendo \
               /usr/lib/totem/plugins/opensubtitles

5. config.sub code moved due to lintian complaints

6. intltool-update called after build (not sure if this is applicable to 
Debian).

Also note the Ubuntu BBC plugin patch has additional work to make the 
strings translatable.
