Bug#529231: gnome-desktop-data: can't make new keyboard shortcuts with the "Win" modifier key

Package: gnome-desktop-data
Version: 2.22.3-2
Severity: normal

I am completely new at this, so forgive me if I selected the wrong
package. The bug relates to the Gnome Keyboard Shortcuts
application, as found in System > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts.

Description of the bug: I have set the left Win key to act as the "meta"
key. I then used the Keyboard Shortcuts application to set some
shortcuts with the Win key. E.g. by pressing Win+T Terminal gets
launched, whereas Win+Shift+T launches a Root Terminal. Although these
shortcuts still work, after several weeks of use I can't set new
shortcuts. For example,
I can make Alt+Ctrl+C launch Calculator, but if I try to use Win+C it
just does nothing. This is system-wide and not user-related.

Again, my apologies for any errors, it's the first time I use reportbug.

Regards and keep up the great work!
